Carrs Fertilisers is committed to maintaining high quality standards for its products and it is a major part of that commitment that our customer and their farmer customers receive them in good condition.

Carrs Fertilisers production, distribution and storage of our products has been registered to ISO 9002, the internationally recognised standard of Quality Assurance.

Thus, it is mandatory for all Carrs Fertiliser employees at our sites to ensure that the procedures governing how our products are made, stored and distributed are carried out as prescribed.

If our fertilisers are handled and stored properly so that the packaging remains undamaged and the product does not become affected by moisture, we would expect the quality to remain as good at usage time as it was when it was produced.

Should a customer have cause to complain we wish to be informed so that we can establish where and how the problem occurred, instigate the necessary corrective action and eliminate the possibility of a recurrence.
